Whereas there used to be a separate requirements phase for each system development project, nowadays companies increasingly work in sprints within Agile environments. As a result, the specification of requirements is an integral part of the development process.
But what exactly is the role of a Business Analyst in an agile team? And how can you use your knowledge as a business analyst within such a team?

Led by an experienced business analysis trainer, this course gives insight into the role of the Business Analyst in an Agile environment compared to the more traditional role of a Business Analyst.
Based on the Agile extension of the BABOK® Guide, a collaboration between the Agile Alliance and the IIBA®, in this course, we introduce a number of techniques that go hand in hand with the Agile approach and Agile philosophy.

Subjects such as process and Business Analysis will be covered, but we mainly focus on the Software Development process. The reason for this is agile methods currently focus mainly on software development.

The course is an excellent preparation for the iSQI Certified Agile Business Analysis exam. The exam itself is not part of the course.
