Oracle Database: PL/SQL (English)

This course is guaranteed to start and therefore will always take place.

This course covers the basic skills you need to write programs in a third generation language. These learned basic skills you will learn to apply in PL/SQL, Oracle’s procedural programming language. This third generation language is in line with the fourth generation language SQL. PL/SQL extends the capabilities of SQL and improves performance. In this course the relation of PL/SQL with the different Oracle tools also is discussed. We also cover the basic concepts of programming in a procedural language. Naturally, we pay a lot of attention to exercises.

This course is suitable for anyone using version 11g and higher. Version dependent features are specifically indicated.
